The Psychological Assistant: A Listening Ear and Practical Support
Do you have questions about your child’s development, behavior, school, or parenting? Our psychological assistant is here to help. Together with you, your child, and the care team, we look at any concerns you may have.
If needed, we offer conversations and perform neuropsychological tests to assess skills such as memory and concentration. We also provide clear explanations about epilepsy and how it can affect daily life.
The psychological assistant works closely with other professionals to make sure all support is well coordinated. They also visit children who are admitted to the hospital, offering a listening ear and answering their questions.
