Jaiver's research
Jaiver is a neurologist who now works as a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Childhood Epilepsy. He has both clinical and research responsibilities.
His clinical duties include reading and interpreting video EEGs, advanced image processing in patients eligible for epilepsy surgery and participating in the clinical team during the multidisciplinary pediatric epilepsy consultation.
His research interests include refining disease classification to improve prognosis, advanced techniques in neuroimaging and neurophysiology, presurgical evaluation and integrating new technologies for patient care. During his PhD he investigated the role of a wearable device for seizure detection.
